Custom and Personalized Products:
Items that are custom-made or personalized (e.g., digital-printed patterns, custom-sized decor items) are non-refundable.
Change of Mind:
Refunds will not be issued for change-of-mind purchases once the order has been placed.
Damaged or Defective Products:
While we do a QC before every dispatch and we strive for excellence, if you receive a defective or damaged item, we will gladly exchange the product. Please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order with photographic evidence.
Clearance or Sale Items:
All sale or clearance items are final sales and are not eligible for refunds, returns, or exchanges.
Conditions for Exchanges (if applicable):
The product must be unused and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase must be provided.
